These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Approved Auto Lease website (approvedautolease.co.uk) and any services provided by Logic Leasing Ltd trading as Approved Auto Lease. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms in full.

3. Leasing Agreements
All vehicle leases are subject to a separate lease agreement which will be provided prior to the commencement of any lease. Monthly payments, initial payments, and deposit amounts are as stated in the lease agreement. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
4. Credit Checks
By submitting an application, you consent to Logic Leasing Ltd performing a soft credit check. A soft credit check does not affect your credit score. A full credit check may be required prior to the commencement of a lease agreement and will only be performed with your explicit consent.
5. Vehicle Availability
All vehicles are subject to availability. Approved Auto Lease reserves the right to withdraw any vehicle from the website at any time without notice. Images shown are for illustration purposes only and the actual vehicle may differ.
6. Deposits
Where a refundable deposit is required, this will be returned at the end of the lease term subject to the vehicle being returned in the agreed condition. Deductions may be made for damage beyond fair wear and tear.
7. Early Termination
Early termination of a lease agreement may be possible subject to the terms of the individual lease agreement. Please contact us to discuss your options. Early termination fees may apply.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logic Leasing Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
