What Happens Next
We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days. We aim to provide a full response within 8 weeks. If we cannot resolve your complaint within this timeframe, we will write to you explaining why and give you an indication of when we expect to resolve it.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) if your complaint relates to a regulated activity. You can contact the FOS at:
